coachsherman @suzanelise56 Hello. The measurements are 17" shoulder to shoulder and 26"in arms. The sleeves are cuffed and can be shortned. The coat has a front bottom and hidden clasp closures in front. Fully lined with hidden inside pockets for carrying phone and lipstick etc. The coat is heavy and will require addional shopping costs that I will pay, however I counter offered your offer in order to help with those additional costs. The coat is gorgeous and barley worn. You will not be disappointed with the quality and condition.
