smalls40 @nena2013 I just turned 39 this year, and will remain 39 for the rest of my life but act like I'm 20!! Lmao! I just hung my skateboard up a couple years ago 😳 I don't heal as quickly.. Lol!

smalls40 @nena2013 us active ones tend to heal quick, so you'll be up in no time! Cleaning carpet one day I fell down a flight of hard wood stairs, they said it was a miracle I didn't tear my mcl, just jacked it up real bad. They said it would take months for it to heal. I said "helllll no! Don't have time for that!!" Lol! Took about two months thanks to physical therapy and yoga 😊
