I became sick in 2012 with a progressive neurodegenerative disease as well as: Addison's Disease, POTS, Foreign Accent Syndrome, Aphasia, Osteopenia, Cerebral Vasospasm, RA, and other autoimmune issues. I have no use for my beautiful wardrobe, many bought new when i thought I would recover. I love designer vintage and have an extensive collection I'll be adding as able! heatheryearber @tenillem1201 Im so sorry that your having to walk this path in life. (It sucks big time to be perfectly blunt!) know that your not alone...I'm walking it with ya. I'm 40 and was just diagnosed with Lupus 6 months ago. I also have fibro, chronic fatigue, and an undiagnosed GI problem. I have days where i cant get out of bed or even walk. I feel like my body has been hijacked, and i don't know it anymore. But I refuse to let it depress me (most if the time) or give up trying to do as much as i can. Thankfully I've got an excellent support squad with my hubby and 4 boys, and i have met some truly inspirational and amazing fighters on here also! In fact i hadn't met anyone with in real life with Lupus until i opened up to someone on Posh and next thing i know, i have a gaggle of Lupus posh friends helping me out! So anytime you need to rant feel free to post in my closet and we'll just go to town on it! It's hard to deal with, but when you have someone that understands truly what your going thru it helps a lot!

I have Mixed Connective Tissue Disease but was diagnosed with Huntington's last week...and misc other pests. Clicking share and like is about as active as my brain gets. :-) Hope we chat again soon. I previously owned an antique store but then specialized in rare books... And eventually certified as a personal property appraiser. I am ill so my plans are on hold but vintage clothing is so much fun! I have a large collection of antique/vintage purses and costume jewelry. missrochelles I would love to chat with you!!! I am also in my 30's and I have a spine of an 80 year old my drs say. I suffer from degenerative disc disease which has progressed at such a rapid rate my drs don't know why. So I also have developed scoliosis now and it's been extremely diff for me to come to accept that I'm so ill. I also have osteo arthritis and even in my hands my knuckles and fingers are already becoming disfigured. I'm so sorry you are also suffering. I have very few "good" days any longer and of course there's no way to help my disease either. I can completely understand what you must be feeling & going thru. Please when you're able & if you'd like I'm always here to chat 😘 I'm up sometimes strange hours due to the extreme pain. I also have fibroM & bla bla bla. Somehow in my genes something went wrong. My life has changed so much due to my health. If you don't want to put private info on here if be happy to give u my #. I think maybe we were meant to meet. I just happened to see this. I try to be very positive but it's so diff at times cause many just don't understand the heartbreak of our lives coming to a screeching stop. I wish you well. Ill put you in my prayers. Xoxo. cplmos @tenillem1201 I promise you if you go vegan you will see a dramatic improvement in the way you feel. If you don't think you can just cut out dairy. You will be surprised how much better you feel. I wasn't pro anything my doctor said if I wanted to live a productive life and avoid migraines atleast 75% of them go vegan I was like ok. I jumped in and haven't looked back. I feel better. My body works better. I will keep you in my thoughts. I also do detox baths and that makes me feel amazing too. I'm up for all natural and the meds I have to take I combat side effects with vegan diet and detox baths

vivapancho4393 Hi @tenillem1201! I just read your story and I'm so sorry to hear what you are going through. Coincidentally I also have POTS. I was diagnosed with it like 10 months ago. It is a very tough disease to deal with but there can be many silver linings. Specifically many treatments that can improve symptoms and people can get better over time. I have done a ton of research and have seen some of the best doctors in NYC (where I live). I would be happy to email you what has worked for me and help you in any way that I can. I am also a 4 year breast cancer survivor. I was diagnosed young. I went through 5 months of chemo and it destroyed my health. But I keep it moving and keep fighting. I refuse to let these things ruin my life. I actually think my chemo might have factored into getting POTS. Anyway Poshmark is a great way to do something from home ( which makes me feel kind of productive and normal) and also meet some great people. Sending you healing thoughts. I lived to work and miss my career terribly. I'm getting rid of most of my work clothes now. Yes took me this long to come to the realization & let go of them. fashionchicaz Hello. My name is Erin and was diagnosed with stage glioblastoma in which spread into my adrenal gland, just found that out ugh. I was given 18mths but I have been here for 5. I have had countless bouts of treatment surgeries etc. Please don't give up faith. You're so young. It's tough waking up some days and not remembering things unless you write it on post it's but I carry on. I have a TBI, and can identify all too well with the fact that all disabilities are not visible, how awkward and slow I am sometimes, and how people can mistake my clumsiness, inability to remember words, places, directions, etc. can be misinterpreted as a lack of intelligence. I asked for a return because the bag was reeking of smoke so badly that I had to wrap it in a garbage bag and put it in the garage. I never said it was broken or stained. The smell was so overwhelming there was no way I could use it. I offered to return and PM decided to refund. I loved the bag and had it in my likes since last summer until I sold enough that I could make a little splurge. So I was really looking forward to using it.

tenillem1201 @annmariesaved Hi! My tests for lyme came back negative but I am 99.9% sure I have mold toxicity issues. I am going in next week for a multitude of procedures and biopsies so maybe they will find something more then. I’ve been in CT almost 2 yrs but have really struggled with finding good drs. But I think that’s a problem for lots of chronic illness peeps. What part of CT do you live in?

I was first infected with Lyme (that I know of) from a tick bite I received in MN in 1992. I didn't start showing symptoms until after my first child was born in 1996 and then Lyme had it hit me hard. Bartonella, as well ( a coinfection) I thought I was dealing with postpartum issues- extreme, irrational and constant anxiety, cognitive issues and memory problems were my main symptoms back then.

annmariesaved I had many negative tests through the years and just believed the Doctors, until an eye Dr. mentioned Lyme to me and I found out how unreliable the testing was. I sent my blood out to a tick specialty lab in CA and found positive signs of infection. There are Lyme Literate Dr.s that most Lyme patients see, if they can afford them. I was seeing Dr. Pari Patel in New Haven. I'm not sure what part of CT you are in but I know that he is helping a lot of people.

annmariesaved I hope that you can find a good doctor and get some answers and relief. So many Lyme patients go years middiagnosed with all sorts of autoimmune diseases and other issues. Mold toxicity is definitely a big issue and many Lyme warriors struggle with that too.
