dcnativegirl @kept3 well keep health in mind. You’ll get to your goals, but please don’t deprive! For me, that’s not helpful for getting the body I️ want. I️ love activity as tolerated. Lots of walking and keeping up with kiddos! Lots of water and sleep too!
