No I do not trade but guaranteed everyday someone will ask anyway, that and the heinous miss spellers (hello, it's an I.phone and no it's NOT spelled neck less...), oh god I am cracking up. The things I have seen people do on here is like a comedy show! Good grief we are not housewives of New Jersey we are just selling our closets cos we need extra $$$!. Sorry, I got carried away but I know you are seeing that stuff too. People need to chill on the drama, stop the scamming and pay what people are asking for the most part. mcjayne @bkblueagave oh my gawd...newports?...so classy. Unbelievable...yeah the panties and the sweaty rubber thongs that you got at old navy for $3 and slid around in all summer long are...A. Not nice and B. not designer/worth $30...so glad you put this on here..there was actually a girl on here that kept telling everyone how much she appreciated all the "chares" she kept receiving and there were a good five of us very delicately having some fun on her page and she still spells it that way-hmmm and we wonder why the u.s isn't raising many rocket scientists. I am seriously embarrassed when I check out some people's pages but it does make for some great laughter some nights.

realhausfrau Ok, I'm like a newborn baby here, these posts are 1) making me scared...very scared....Newports? Slid around in panties? I thought those were 'illegal' or am I being terribly naive?! They are also, 2) making me lmao. At least there's humor in it all. I'm glad I'm reading these things and didn't just stay with the Posh 'Do's & Don'ts' and other 'official' rules, because it sounds like things are very, very different IRL!! Oh, and even new, I wouldn't even consider doing any of those things! Frankly, it never would have even crossed my mind to ask for followers, discounts/bundling or trades!

foxymoxy Hello to everyone here. First off I 100% agree with the original comment and want to thank bblueagave for posting it. An for allowing this decision to take place. I would like to say a couple of things and ask a lot of questions. To solicit advice and guidance for you veterans. I do hope that nothing I say will come off in a bad light or taken as picking on anyone here . Nor are they meant as accusations. Just another viewpoint and wanting clarification. Working as a Buyer/ Contracts Administrator I tend to like and use A,B,C/1,2,3. I am also dyslexic. Yes, I am dyslexic and I write contracts for a living. That style of outlying helps me see what's written more clearly and follow more easily. I do hope it doesn't bother anyone. My first statement is I do understand this is an open discussion to vent and educate each other. I am happy to see it. Unless I am missing it there is no discussion board. I for one think it is needed as well as it would be helpful to have a open forum/ discussion board on here. With private chat room capabilities. So here I go. A. I am also new and feel the same way as " realhausfrau". She stated my sentiments clearly and on point. Thank you. I have been considering closing my closet for several reasons. some of them are the issues brought up here. Also a thought is maybe this is just not the site for me. B. Yes, misspells or misspellings are sometimes funny and sad. Consider that the person doesn't catch or know they have misspelled and would find it helpfully if some one kindly brought it to their attention. I didn't catch if anyone has done this before an/ or provided the correct spellings? C. When you say " very delicately had some fun on her page" what does that mean? An did the young girl laugh about it or herself? Others my not take it as delicate fun but instead be hurt by. Some people can't laugh at themselves and that's a shame. I do it all the time because I can do some really lame stuff and quite often I crack myself and others up. D. An the housewives shows are pathetic. I sometimes watch them. I'm appalled and embarrassed for them and by them. They should be contributing positively and giving back to society. Instead of contributing and spreading stupidity, ignorance , ill manners and just plain ole unintelligence. Dang my ferrets are better behaved and show more signs of intelligence. It makes my stomach turn when I see younger and older women emulating them. Swear to goodness, I just want to smack them then shake them till I rattle some sense into their brains and the stupidity out. ** That was my rant just can't abide stupidity especially when it's a choice. An to quote Luann ( housewives of New York) "Money can't buy you class" amen. She, herself needs to look in the mirror long and hard. E. I agree with "interested ?" makes me not want to like anything. 1. Used items that comes in contract with someone else's imitate bodily fluids just skivvies me out and makes my skin crawl. An it just NASTY & DISGUSTING. Ones that don't come in contact with said fluids ( a camisole, slip , guarders) maybe alright. An new just fine. . Again gross!!!! Can't say that enough. Oh an here's a thought I question even used leggings. Caution TMI ahead I don't wear underwear with mine and would never think to try an sell them. They go in the clothes recycling bin or trash barrel. 2. Newports as in cigarets ? Crazy. Honestly if I saw that in someone's closet I would immediately stop looking. Oh as while with the nasty used underwear. Again grosssss.. 3. Low balling I agree should not be done intentionally . But not with the asking would you take less or asking if they would take $$ amount. Unless stated that prices are fixed or that they don't lowest their prices. After all this is a site for new and used clothing and not everyone is running a business. Some just want to make a bit of money off their items instead of throwing them out. I thought that was the original purposes for the site. An if its not stated they maybe open to a lower price. I find it hard when asked " I can lower just ask or name a price" I don't want to low ball or offend. But at the same time would like to get it at the lowest price I can. As I stated I am a buyer an often negotiate price. But I know the value and what would be low balling. Here one persons low ball is another's sell price. Just don't know. I don't take of fence when ask a price. I simply say sorry but no. 4. Don't understand why there are posted rules and guidelines if PM does not enforce them. It's great that you can report someone ( as long as its not abused) But this site needs to be better monitored and action taken. There are other sites where they can list that stuff. I have left site for this very reason. If someone offers you a goods or service and you are not satisfied then I simple stop using it. An look for one that does. Alright ladies I will wait to ask my twenty questions and to solicit advice and guidance from you. Again really no offense meant or taken I hope. An thank you for your time and for any and all responses.

bkblueagave @foxymoxy wow!!! I agree with you that yes there does need to be better monitoring on here but I guess that is up to us to do. I personally wouldn't sell anything that is well worn as I would hate to buy something that was worn into oblivion. This app isn't for everyone so as a seller you need to find what works for you. I personally have had good experiences here and met some great ppl. I give you credit for taking the time to write so kudos to you!

foxymoxy Thank you ladies. So far I haven't sold a thing. That's why I haven't posted anything else. Don't want to waste the time if this isn't working for me. Most of my clothes are mine or my daughters. I do have a couple of items for a friend. Most of my clothes are brand names and I don't think I am asking a lot. I have a couple of handmade items that I am not sure If I want to put up. They are very well made by a seamstress in Germany. As to the well worn clothing. There is a market on here for it. I have looked at some of the more trendy and shabby chic closets. I see a lot of sold clothes that I personally would not have bought but someone's buying . I saw a pair slacks that seen better day not name brand and sold for $25. A tee shirt that in the description states stained and stretched out. Sold $10 Crazy to me but someone's buying. One women's trash is another treasure. Even if I don't see it. As to the monitoring I don't agree. We pay a % to uses this site's services and That includes their monitoring. So it's their responsibility to monitor, enforce their rules, take action and give us the best customer service . It is our responsibility to report issues, ask questions, follow the rules and sale. Okay my ask for help. Tell me if there is 1.something wrong with my closet 2.how can I improve it 3. what I can do to generate sales 4. What is your experience with trading 5. What is your average bundle discount 6. Do you buy more then you sell 7. Have you ever bought something that was not what was advertised 8. Don't understand why they don't have it were you can up load from your computer. They would grow more and in turn make a bigger profit. Thank you again

rudegyal Trading....i cant understand. If you have a sign posted, surely they seen it. Vinted allows it, youre still screwed if they dont send the stuff lol I block them usually if there closets full of non pm transactions etc.
