This dress is so pretty! It has a flowy, chiffon-like material with two tiers of cascading ruffles at the bottom. Beautiful detailing at the top. It is lined. I love it but it just isn't very flattering on me. :( Like new!

alainea @joangeles I posted a picture, it's the closest I could get to the true color. The top right hand corner is probably closest to the actual shade. Ignore the green top behind it. Sorry about the inconvenience!
