twopugsnme I've done that so many times. They keep emailing me back how to do something that does not work. It's really sad. I don't have a lot of money and spent $1800 in less than a week and feel like posh doesn't give a shit. Sorry

statlights That's true they just care 20% fee to their pocket ..., if u got pm respond / notice > seller might print out the S&H already and might said she send to u ..it will take 24 h / couple day pm respond it , if in ur acc showing proses not ship yet Hopely she never mark that .. In 10 day u can cancel & got $ back in 5-7 day but if she mark shipping / u need to wait 4-7 day till packet arrive and will see from there ... Hopely she not send u empty box 😰, @twopugsnme ... I'm so sorry dear

twopugsnme I tried to comment scammer on the page of the bag I bought and share it with all my followers and she blocked me. I don't want anyone else buying from her. I emailed posh 3 times an have not heard back. I'm disappointed in posh now too. They are holding my money. They keep telling me I can cancel as a buyer, to go under the order page and cancel. I have tried several times and it does not ever give me a cancel option

statlights Look in ur purchase acc ~> if the item still processing ~> #1.u might have to wait till 10 day to cancel it / under problem inquired and u will get $$$ back in 5 day after ..for sure !!! it happens to me@twopugsnme , .... That's is much better change #2 if seller mark shipping / send ~> That going to be awhile ,pm wait till ur receipt it and file claim plus & have to prove it if ur getting scam by her and might take up 2-4 week to get clear & $$$ back :( #3. If seller cancel item directly from her acc , u will get $$$ in 3 days ... All this happens to me , wasted so much time but I'm not going to let scammer get away with my hard earn money

twopugsnme Guess what posh won't help me or answer my emails. They charged my account $50 for something I never got or never clicked accepted. Still reads in process on my order screen. Not only did the charge the money they put in for a reoccurring charge of $50 every month. My bank toold me and had to put a stop on posh for ever charging my account again. Then I get an email from posh HQ telling me I need to stop notifying other poshers about scammer items
