mtnoonan @nikkaylove I'm not positive they fit exactly like a 9, they have 2% spandex in them that allows for some stretch if needed. They are low waisted pants. I wish I could wear them.

mtnoonan @cherie9497 I just remeasured and the inseam is actually 29", I was way off on my measurements!! they will be too short for you. I'm 5' 5" and they came to my ankle, super skinny. They do have very good stretch though
