erikaaa_g I purchased a perfume and I got sent the wrong size . The seal isn't on it anymore so seller doesn't want it back . . I asked if he could just sell me it at a different price (less) since its the smaller one and I paid for the big one . . She won't reply it sucks

ericaluz @erikaaa_g you can report her For out of posh transaction, just tell them you were unaware how this worked! And then tell them she refusing to exchange an item , they might not do anything,cause why help you when you went outside there policy,you know? But anyways- maybe they will here you out. Then ,go to eBay- and open a case inmediaty-they will pitthe sellers $on hold-until she responds to the issue,then she will have to explain her side of the story and you can explain yours after -if she doesn't agree to what you want ( witch is an exchange,right)? They will analyze the case,( now with pp, they almost always rule in favor with the buyer) but because you aré not in an eBay transaction ,lets hope they role in your favor and release the money-they will ask you to send the ítem back,and of and when you do,make sure you send with signature c0nfermatiin. I hope it works out for you, 90% of the time ,like I said they will rule in favor of the buyer ... But let's see! Some people are so damn rude and unfair! Example -I never had anyone scam me: until recently and only for 12 dollars ,she liked 2 of my items here on posh) asked to do a transaction on pp-I was like ok - the same day she receives the items she opens a case ( most likely knowing they will eventually rule in her favor and relese her money) ,but why did she open a case? Cause she says she received an OPEN AND EMPTY package. Now-if you've purchased from me,you will now this is Close to impossible-I knew immediately this is why ,she went from. One posh name to opening another-she has done this way to many times. Again ,I was lucky ( or am lucky) cause I'm currently in process of this case,to it being only $12 bucks-buts that jot the issue ,it's like -wtf-im in good spirit and fast,crisp business and ALWAYS. Include extraS ,yea more then one gift- and you do this? Now this mix up this seller did, wasn't your fault right? Was hers/his? But now why did You open it? Did you not realize it was the wrong size till after? Ether way- you just want nan exchange not your money back,so this might drag on for a while,don't let time pass,cause they Might ask why you are opening a case so late!? It's tricky-just do it! There's a lot of dishonest sellers to! Pisses m3 Off!

erikaaa_g I've bought many stuff from her . . Which is weird that this would happen but someone already reported her her posh got disabled :/ I just wish she would reply quicker cuz all I wanted was the bigger perfume . But now that it's not sealed she doesn't want it . It's hard to read on the box the size bcuz of the colors . . I feel rude to open a case but it doesn't seem like she's doing anythig to fix this

ericaluz @erikaaa_g girl to each there own. That's not your problem she doesn't repond. That's hers, not yours. Your problem is to now open a case. That's all there is to it- hey, listen when sandy hit here ,someone was unaware one of my buyers) that I was located in my, and I couldn't respond- there was no way to contact her! So she opened a case, we sorted things ouf tho cause after. A week and a half I had power and was able to go to a Library and respond-and explain and she quickly closed it. What bothers me about this the most Erika,is that you have bought from her before , a returning customer and this is how you treat her? Such Nerve! Ugh! Now how long hads it been since she last responded to you?
