These people are college kid punks and they just don't care. They did an awful thing to innocent people and committed a crime, one day I hope they recognize.
Your girl sent you those shoes- that was super shitty!
My girl told me she shipped my trade and that she just came from post office etc. and was nervous I hadn't shipped, so I did. Then she claimed she never got it even though it was delivered to her door.

Already I have purchased 2 fakes, returned 1 and trying to return the other. After I complete these last few purchases I don't think I want to do this. They know they cannot send out a package without contents because the post office will mark it as such, so they throw in what they can to weigh it down. These scammers are disgusting and should be ashamed. @hellojuju You should contact Yoogi. If you have all the proof it is your bag they have, perhaps they can get in contact with the person they bought the bag from - get your their info, and report them for fraud etc etc.

Oh man @hellojuju that's terrible. I'm so sorry that happened for you. I've bought from you before and you are great and honest. What a shame. File a police report. And if you have all her info file a fraud case with the postal inspector. They will flag her. You need to go to local law enforcement first. Then her state. You should also inform posh. They will ream you for trading but they might be able to close her accounts. So many bad people. What's the terrible thing about this being an app is they can't effectively kick someone off totally since an IP address on a phone changes to wherever your wifi is being accessed. Just terrible.

@hellojuju I assume you bought this direct from Chanel boutique. Call you Sales Associate immediately and have them get you a record of the purchase. Send all your email correspondence and posh correspondence/whatever you may have to Yoogi's Closet. Explain the situation - how you were scammed via mail, how the bag is stolen (certainly a big company like Yoogi's doesn't want to be involved with a thief and a potential suit) - even if the scammer sold under a false name - the address may be the same? The City/State etc. Is there any marks on your bag like a pen mark, make up, a certain scuff etc that you can signify it's certainly yours when you contact Yoogi's? Also you need to report the mail fraud: https://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/contactus/filecomplaint.aspx and let Yoogi's know that this report has been filed. Good luck!!!

I just saw this...and saw on Yoogi's...my heart aches for you, love. If you bought from a Chanel boutique, they have a master records matched to the serial number for the original purchaser. This can be sent to you and that way you can forward the Chanel information with your police report. Yoogi's has to remove the listing and return the bag to you.

I'm in the same city as yoogi's closet.. I don't know anything about Chanel but If you have paperwork proving that the bag is yours that I can show them plus a copy of your police report I will drive there and see if I can get it for you. I'm sure they would want all that... I just don't know if Chanel has serial numbers or anything different for every bag. If not night be hard to prove.

@hellojuju I don't think that these are kids at all. I think they are professional white collar CRIMINALS that have found a nee outlet to scam people. When people ask to see up close pics vis email on the corners, insides, the serial# card I would say no. Bc if you go through PM they will verify that is is 100% authentic. I think they are using these pictures they are asking for and putting them on their sites. Maybe the Chanel gods will smile upon you!
