shopglamghoul So they have revamped suggested user, we don't get an email notification telling us were suggested again. And the length your suggested has gotten shorter so they rotate the users all the time now. You don't get a notification when you get new followers that are just now signing up. When you actually see "xzy is now following" they actually saw your name on the list and clicked follow. Hope this helps. I'm also gonna tag you on something to read

emadigan @officialalexys welcome to Poshmark! To get more followers, start following a lot of people. Normally, people will follow who follow them. Also, share your items to the Posh parties! It helps you get more recognition and followers. With trading, it's not supported by Poshmark and I wouldn't recommend doing it because I have read lots of horror stories. emadigan @cesal correct. Poshmark does not support trading. I have seen people kicked off of Poshmark for doing it. I've also heard numerous horror stories from people being scammed, so I definitely do not recommend trading. 😘

kateland_ @emadigan hi I have a question, I've only been on here for like two weeks, and I'm still trying to adjust to the whole holding/reserve thing. is a week to long to hold an item? because I feel like it is, but then again I do want to make my first sale. but other people have been asking if its still available. another girl said she wanted to buy one of my skirts but she wanted me to hold it for 10-14 days. I'm just really not sure what is too long, and what is not. all the help would be appreciated. 😊

emadigan @kateland_ welcome to Poshmark! Regarding reserves and holds it is up to you on what you're comfortable doing! If you don't want to hold for that long, than don't! It's definitely your preference. Personally, I have never been a fan of holds because I have seen so many people back out. Hope this helps and let me know if you have any other questions! emadigan @mkcampbell85 welcome to Poshmark! Host picks are normally chosen at random by the hosts of the party. Sometimes it's about who you know, and other times they are chosen from the main feed at the party. So I would say try to start Networking and sharing! SU and Party Hosts are chosen by the lovely people at Poshmark. It took me about 6 months to become a SU. I would say just getting yourself out there and networking is a great way to be seen! Once you find what you want to purchase, just click on the "buy now" button on the bottom of the listing. Trading is not supported by Poshmark at this time, and I honestly recommend not doing it! emadigan @kimberly_nicole you would then print the shipping label that Posh sends you and then put the label on the package. You can get free boxes/envelopes at the post office. (Just make sure they aren't flat rate or they will charge you). Hope that helps!!

First, whatvarebyou referring to as a suggested user? 2nd, I received a notice that one of my items was chosen as a Host Pick for the Fall Party on the 30th of this month. I don't see it. Do I just go thru Host picks until I find it? Also how do I get "Host Pick" to show up on my page? Lastly, I'm confused about how to make bundles. If I still don't have the outfit pic in my camera how do I make up several bundles? Sorry for taking so much of your time but its confusing.

emadigan @sassysuzzy alright lets see if I can help answer any of your questions. First, a suggested user is a user selected by Poshmark as an ambassador. Alright, host picks. Host picks are found under the 'host pick' tab under the party. If you were selected as a host pick for a party, you should be able to find that item under the host pick tab from the party. You just have to go look after every party to see if you were selected as a host pick. With bundling, I normally make a listing for the person once they've told me what they want to bundle. I include individual pictures of the items that I'm bundling and try to include a description of what I am sending. Let me know if this helps you any! I can try to answer anymore questions you have! emadigan @sassysuzzy a lot of Poshmark users will make listings when they are chosen as hosts for a party. That just means that at the regular nightly Posh party they will be hosts and share during that party. Just go to the party tab and you will see it. Also to see host picks you can go to a specific party and click on the host picks tab at the top of the screen and you can see all the host picks from that specific party. Hope that helps!!

emadigan @xwoahgabi Yay for your first sale! I remember when I made my first sale about a year ago, and it was such an awesome feeling! The only tip I have is to share, share, share. Poshmark suggests that you share your closet 3 times a day to your followers. Sharing to parties helps as well. And if you share from others closets, they will normally share in return! You used to have to search at the end of every Poshmark party in the host picks section to see if you got a host pick, but now, Poshmark has started emailing you if you have been selected as a Host Pick. (Which is a lot easier than searching a party lol) Hope that helps! :)

emadigan @_inalem_ welcome to Poshmark! You're going to absolutely LOVE it here! When you make a sale, Poshmark emails you a prepaid shipping thing to put on your package. Just print it and tape it on there. It is prepaid for up to 5 lbs! You can use the free priority mail shipping boxes that the post office has. (Just make sure they are priority mail boxes and not express mail, flat rate, or regional rate).You can also order the boxes from usps.com if your local post office does not have the boxes. emadigan Well yay! That is awesome! Normally, when the original price is 0 it just means that someone didn't put an original price (maybe they just forgot or maybe they didn't remember how much they paid) or that it is a "note" listing (such as this one). It doesn't really make the item any different. Though you will see some items marked as "not for sale" and that could be a person just sharing an item they've bought, having it has a note, or reserving it for someone else to buy! The easiest way to get more followers is to follow people. Normally when you follow someone, they will follow back. Also, sharing peoples listings (as well as sharing your own listings) will help people notice you more! I hope this helps some! Let me know if you need any other help! :)

emadigan @erinb543 welcome to Poshmark! I think making your first sale is different for everyone, when I first started listing items it took me about 2 weeks to make my first sale. Then things got better! There are definitely slow periods too where not many people are buying. My suggestion is to make sure you share, share, share. Share your listings to your followers. Make sure you share during parties, as well (that allows a lot more people than just your followers to see your items!). Also, share other people's items and in return, they will share yours!
