5/$20 Joie prairie pinstripe dress

EUC prairie style dress with architectural details in the pouf sleeve and asymmetrical hem. I’m petite and thought this would be much smaller. Although the tag says XS, I am listing as a small. Would fit better for a size small 2-4, maybe 6 but it would be tight. Reposh
