dqfrench @lovetheboholook thank you! That’s 28” length in front, measured at the sewn shoulder seam? Sorry.. I just want to be sure it’s not too short for me.

lovetheboholook @dqfrench ok, I took more photos. the seam isn't at the top of the shoulder,(please see last photo) on the mannequin, it's approximately 28.5 " in front. hope this helps.
