tomalee @keg90 This is really cute-it is a faux wrap skirt, back and front that would be next to you, isined, the faux flap w/fringe and pin is not. The waist is little over 14 laid flat, and length is 34 1/2. I hate scratchy things. I stay away from anything wool or acrylic that touches me, just eats me up alive. If this works for u I will give you a deal :)):)). Just lmk. Thank you Kim XO
