I bought these Louboutins from her. They are a size 37 and we all know Louboutin sizes vary depending on the shoe. I asked her specifically if these fit a true size 7 and she said yes so I bought them. Instead, they fit like a size 6 and the first pic is what she listed to show the bottoms and the second pic is what I actually received!! She will not accept a return for a refund. It's sad that there are dishonest people out there. Buyers be careful!!

051082 @tokkisama yes I did! I just filed a dispute with PayPal and with my credit card company. Hopefully I can get my money back! Did this happen to you in the past?

tokkisama You should wait on PayPal first hon, take lots of pictures and screen caps for your record and evidence. Don't go to your cc company just yet, only if PayPal don't cover your back (which they should). I have filed for non authentic items in the past, the process can take over a month but just be patient :)

tokkisama P.s PayPal have to pay a good fee for cc charge backs, they really don't like it when customers do that and may limit your account if found a trend of similar actions taken. You usually have a long time period to file chargeback, so it should always be your ultimate last resort!

devika08 I can understand the sizing issue but the condition of the shoe is not cool! Loubies are tough because what is true size is in the eye of the beholder. I can say posh would probably give you a refund because of the wear on the soles though. Good luck!

vivasm @051082 I had a similar situation just happen to me. Pp will side with you if you paid with them. Open a dispute and file as internally damaged and not as described. It takes about a month but you will get your money back. Take care.
