5/$25 Gap Factory Navy Blue popover blouse

This is a navy blue top from Gap Factory. It has eyelet detail and gathers at the front yoke, and 3/4 elasticized sleeves. It is flowy and soft. I've worn it twice. Excellent condition. Preowned.
