lydiamspano Are the sleeves puffy? Do the buttons actually work?

dansarahwall @lydiamspano there is a functioning snap that holds the “v” together. There is a ribbon/belt that wraps around and ties at the waist. Sleeves are not super puffy, but do have slight gathering/pleats for a delicate fit.
