Super cute black and white striped dress from the brand J.O.A Los Angeles purchased at Urban Outfitters. High neck that ties in the back. Open back. High low bottom. Only worn a few times. Has a little bit of discoloration on the inside of the neck which is barely noticeable when on, but it would probably come out in the wash. Size small
