Cozy Mushroom Winter Hat

I picked this up at a craft bazaar in Madison a few years ago. It came with a paper tag on the tie strings that said "Loop" brand on I but I cut it off right after I bought it. I love the elf-like look of it but honestly I've worn it once. It's too cute to sit in my coat closet.
