You can wrap the velcro panels over the arms to fully swaddle baby, or you can wrap them under so they can have their arms free. Zips from top to bottom for easy diaper changes without unswaddling them. Size small, 3-6 months, 23-26 inches, 13-18 pounds. 3.0 TOG I have more baby clothes in 0-3 and 3-6 month sizes in my closet!
