If so what I was saying is that you really can't see your cell lipstick credit cards & if you lay the bag on its side & put those items on the side of the bag or 1/2 way sticking out then buyers will know the many uses of this (hard to find rare LV!)

chicstreet LOVE this! I wish more people actually followed this! Im so tired of "do you trade? " "paypal price"...its like why don't you do ebay if that's the case! I love posh and I kinda wish they were more strict about the whole no paypal and all bc sooooo many do it all the time and it takes away from our sales you know? here4looks77 I've seen that u r involved in Posh parties and host picks. I just viewed a bikini, modeled on a woman, and it was a HP choice! Posh rules state no swim wear, men's wear, make-up, books, just some specifics I remember. Some sellers are getting host pics on these items, making the rules rather confusing! Any feedback would be appreciated, thank you!

Unless you use a pic of you or someone modeling your own item, isn't a pic taken off of a website that matches something you are listing, especially if it shows a celebrity wearing it, considered illegal? I see a lot of this on Posh!!! I've researched this and believe its a very grey area of on-line selling or it is completely illegal. I'm removing pics I've used for this reason until I get a valid answer from Posh. TY!

kimsthings @here4looks77 hi again. Through my many questions on that subject, I have come to the conclusion that it is a gray area. But, part of poshmark, just as in life, is a learning experience almost daily. I took a good long look in your closet. You have a fantastic closet!! The issue is the #1 boo boo that many are unaware of. Advertising you sold an item on another (competitor ) site. I personally do not sell on any other site. Only posh. But advertising you sold something on eBay will upset many posh loyal gals and stop you from getting lots of host picks. Because I do believe your listings are hp worthy💖 also, I realize trading is not forbidden, but posh highly discourages it. Most hosts will not choose from a closet that trades. I have heard horror stories of trading gone wrong. 😬 poor honest ladies being scammed by bad eggs that don't send their end of trade. Sad. Another important thing on posh is to always remain polite and friendly😄 even if someone upsets you ( oh, it will happen) lol. This has gotten loooonnnnggg...... So sorry😜 must get coffee!!!! Xo Kim

There have been a few times I was tempted, but the horror stories from my friends here on Posh of trades gone really really wrong, made me just opt to never trade. I actually created this listing back when Posh strongly suggested never trading. I've been here a pretty long time. I think I will fix this listing. tiffanyschrage I Kim how are you? I'm new to pm and im soooo addicted to it lol:) I have a couple questions and I was hoping you could help me out. I recently bought some Sperry and it's been about 4 or 5 days and she hasn't sent them out yet. Before I bought them I asked her if she could have them shipped out the next day and she said yes. Now don't get me wrong I know life get busy and people get behind:) I have two children so I really know how that gets. But what bothers me is when I asked her how it was going g there was no response. But when I asked her about another piece of clothing she responded right away. My question is how do you know what people to buy from and what people you want to stay away from.

kimsthings @tiffanyschrage 😪hi Tiffany. Welcome to Posh but I am so sorry this is happening to you. The best thing to do is to take a look at the sellers stats and feedback. If you click on their picture at the top of the page, it will take you to their stats. It will show their average shipping time also. If you want something ASAP. Be sure they have a good shipping record. I try to get all of my sales out next day (except weekends). And if someone says they need item right away, I figure out if I can get out that day, and am honest with them about it. You do have the option to cancel if this goes on much longer. I really hope you get your shoes soon and they are as described. 💕 buying from suggested users is always safe. I try to buy with some knowledge of the sellers history. Either by looking at their stats, knowing them already just from being on posh, or reading through their sold listings. If I see a lot of "have you been able to ship yet?" Questions under sold listings, then I know they do not take much pride in customer satisfaction 😪 please let me know how this turns out. 💕💕️xo kim

I have had things take long to get to me or my things to a customer, but it was the postal service mess up.... Not the seller.
