In fact, I thought you said you would and then you didn't. The same thing happened with a different order and they did what I asked so that it would be sent to my new address and I received it like 4 days ago.

shopherposh My card wasnt charged so the order wasnt even paid for. And now the item will probably be lost because my old apartment complex said they would not forward packages for me. You obviously didn't believe that I really needed that handled and for it to be cancelled and that I would in fact buy it again right away. Very unprofessional, and now you lost that item and a sale and future sales from me

wearingnyc @messerac Actually, I'd venture that your inability to keep card information and mailing addresses in order would be your own feat of unprofessionalism. I'd rather not do business with a customer that complicates transactions in the way you've managed. Please go through posh for further information; it's why the platform exists. This is out of my hands now and it seems to be out of yours.

shopherposh There isn't anything else to say. Your item is lost forever. I'm assuming you never got paid for it. I was not charged anything and cancelled the order also due to the fact that you didn't ship within the 7 days (good job). You also lost future business from me as I was going to buy some Oscar de la renta scarves. All in all, you failed. I lost nothing, just my time. I hope you learn from your unprofessional mistakes.
