Please help me save my Mother's eyesight! My mother has been given the unfortunate news that she needs a surgery on both of her eyes, in order to save her rapidly fading eyesight. I am disabled and cannot pay for the surgery and she doesn't qualify for Social Security, because she was a stay at home mom and caregiver to all of my grandparents until they passed away, keeping them from being in a nursing home. I posted a listing after reducing the prices in my closet, again, and still no sales. And with this listing, I still haven't received any donations at all, from anyone. I know it's Christmas though, and that people have so much going on with that. I'm just starting to feel kinda hopeless :( If you wouldn't mind to post this and share it, I sure would appreciate it. slenderandsexy @mandavais I know, me too! I was put off work on a medical leave in 2008 by my doctors and have now been governmentally disabled. So, I can't work because of my back. I hate it because I was making over $60,000 a year before this! And, my disability check is barely $600 a month! How do they expect people to survive?!? I wish every day that I could go back to work :( But, I'm blessed to be able to spend a lot more time with my children this way <3

slenderandsexy @smvrie Thank you, Sophia, for your prayers and for sharing my listing! It means more to me than you'll ever know. Please continue to keep us in your thoughts and prayers, because my mother really needs them. She has become really depressed, because as every day passes, her vision gets less and less. The surgery was supposed to be about $5,000, but as of January 1st, prices went up, and now it's $6,500! Although I've had my page at GoFundMe for a couple of months, she has received no donations. It's a hard time of year with the holidays, but I'm praying that things will get better since the holidays are now over. I will make sure to tag you in updates, just to keep you posted.
