Gorgeous before and after, health is the key. Without your health you have nothing!! I think I know the name, but when you have a moment I'd appreciate the name. I went from 225lb to 164lb, which was good for me. I weighed 115 in my 20's. I fell down my staircase, slip on a socked heel, and haven't been able to exercise. Eating more to bc I'm not as occupied. Hello ladies! The name of the supplement was ACE by Saba. I am no longer taking it nor do I know how well the new formula works. It was very much appetite control and daily exercise (45-120 minutes). I do think it helped me with some appetite suppression and extra energy.

@cdj69 Thanks for the compliment! I started by eating smaller portions and cutting out sodas and wine (I was drinking quite a bit). After a month I had lost 15 lbs. I was also walking about 1 mile a few days a week. Then I joined a dance studio and did yoga/Pilates & Zumba a few times a week. Lost 15 more lbs. After about three months of that, I added run/walk 3 miles, 3 days a week. I lost 70 lbs in a year.
