@mcd2100 u can issue a refund thru eBay if u use the desktop site and click on the sold item it'll tell u from there. Or, the easiest way is transferring the $28 thru PayPal. That's the easiest way to do it.

@missmae I don't do anything straight thru paypal bc it's not safe and I don't have a desktop. What I could do , I have not got the email saying your funds are now available but yu could list the shorts on eBay for $28 and if they are not sold by the time I get the funds for them I'll just buy them back. It usually doesn't take long to get the funds after the item has been delivered
