I still don't understand those who feel the need to point out what price they found an item for that's lower than what I may have mine listed at. You found it cheaper? Great, buy it! You found it on sale? Great, get it! Don't come to my listings to point that out to me bc honesty I could care less! I paid full retail bc I purchase right away, I don't wait for sales due to taking the risk of it selling out. So don't come & compare price points to me, don't buy from me if you can get it for less!!

kbuenostyle I always mark my price above what I really want to get for it, because I know that negotiating is the name of the game. But I know at least one posher who states at the end of every listing, "I give my lowest prices up front." I'm thinking about doing that because sadly, most don't really know how to negotiate politely and fairly on here.

mygoodvibetribe @ridinghood13 Oh well than welcome to Posh love!!!! You are going to love it. I've made such great friendships on here. Don't get me wrong- you get the occasional not so pleasant run in (hence this post 😉) but overall you will find that ladies are happy to help and give you tips and keep in contact down the road 😊. Okay so the easiest way is to use this would be to just take screenshots of each photo, edit accordingly ya know like borders and stuff you don't want shown, like my username haha, than post in your closet as if you are selling something. Go to Sell, than you can upload each post individually, so you should have 4 sep 'photos' ..... Hope that helps!! 😘😘

I'm happy to share :)) I'm actually going through a very rude encounter right now with a girl who just commented "Thanks for the love" on a sold listing of mine. I responded with basically "Please don't self promote on my closet, thank you for your understanding" and she for some reason came back with horrible comments- saying I am "far from a suggested user" and told me to "Please remove all your likes and stay far away from me closet!" .... Woa!! Some people just don't get the fact whether you are commenting on a available listing, a sold listing or any other post in someone's closet... it's still considered to be self promotion and it's just rude!! :(((...

I blocked my 1st person Sunday! I don't want my experience on Posh to be like this. You have to watch every single word you say, or you will be slammed.

It's unfortunate- I know it shouldn't matter but I guess I'm just a sensitive person and the words they say stick with me. It's hurtful even though I don't know them personally, it can ruin my day. 😔.

bicycle_belle Is it just me or are there people on here that are making it difficult to deal with issues? I have people that are selling bundles and then realizing that they lost an item or two and want to throw random things to replace, I have people that are splitting bundles and then only shipping part- asking me to accept and then not sending the rest...

mygoodvibetribe @heatherholder1 Hi love! Hmm, I have had users try to pull things like that but I decline and insist they cancel the order. However, I have DEF noticed a slew of users reporting more issues as you are experiencing now more than ever. I think some of these girls have a trying to 'get away with it' syndrome. I think the only way to handle it and make sure it doesn't happen again is to be strict and say NO!

I feel I have a pretty good instinct when it comes to users. Especially ones that I haven't dealt with before. Whether it be them wanting to purchase from me or me wanting to purchase from them and in some rare times, me agree to trade.

mygoodvibetribe @heatherholder1 I won't sell/purchase/trade with anyone without at least 5-10 positive feedback in their 'love notes,' with users that don't have many followers, with users that are young!... (I am in no way saying that means all young girls can't be trusted bc I have also had some great posh experiences with younger girls, but the ones I've found issues with are just young and immature so they become reckless with their behavior and actions).

mygoodvibetribe @heatherholder1 My red flags are If a user strikes me as being too pushy or aggressive or too nice and complimentary, if they don't have any love notes I will usually to a general search (as if I would if I was shopping for a specific item) but input their username. With these whims, I have unfortunately found scammer posts from other users... EVERY single time!

mygoodvibetribe @heatherholder1 Once I find that I will dig like a freaking detective!! More times than not I can find multiple posts of them scamming other users and then I just block them with no word and/or reply. My advice is don't give up. Posh comes in waves and of coarse you have your share of a holes that come along. But you also have some great experiences that at times when lucky, those great experiences turn into friendships, like us!! 💕😘.

mygoodvibetribe @heatherholder1 So my advice to you would be to try and protect yourself purely based on that initial feeling you get if something seems off. Don't just trust everyone that comes along and yes that includes loosing some sales here and there. But If you feel something is off, trust your instinct! If you feel that somethings just not right, it's probably not. And if you get that feeling, become a detective! 😉.

I had a recent transaction with a posher, she left me 5 star rating and I went to check out her closet as she had something I was interested in and I cannot see her listings, it says she has listings, but I cannot access or shop them, can only shop the items she shared. I'm confused 😳

mygoodvibetribe @shopgirl413 Hi love, welcome to Posh! And yes, please feel free to use this for your closet. Ok so in most cases when you go into a users closet and you see they have listings but none are visible means that Posh has suspended their account. It could have been for selling unsupported items, doing off line transactions, scamming users, etc. however, it sometimes could be as simple as posh saw a listing for $3.

mygoodvibetribe @shopgirl413 I've seen a veryyyy well known user have this happened to her when she literally forgot to send 1 item in a bundle and then had a $3 listing for the buyer to purchase so she could send the missing item. Once it was explained, posh lifted the hold and her account was back up and running. I just took a look through all your sold listings, I think I found the one you are referring to.

So/had to delete & rebuild/block this person? Then a man on site was stalking me/came to huge halt/when he made a blatant sexual comment! But I agree with you about any intimidation tactic used (man or woman) against other users and yes if a new user experiences that it may deter them before they even give this site a chance. I feel the Posh community has had some poisonous users that have joined but you're right, can't let the bad apples ruin in for all.

mygoodvibetribe Never would, I just don't purchase from them, that's all. There is in particular one listing that was just beyond ridiculous that I do have to share with you... It's the best I've seen to date. A user priced a USED hair clip from Claire's! for $200 claiming that it was 'rare' haha. It was a regular hair tie that was beige and plastic, very common, I see them at cvs for $5 all the time. You should have seen the comments being left, and she wasn't backing down...

irishred85 Thank you! I hate it when folks lowball. Appreciate your thoughts and will definitely keep your words in my head. Everyone wants a bargain, but don't insult the seller. I also hate when folks counter many times. This is a game for them. I recently had a "potential" buyer I believe was playing with me. After a few rounds, I countered up just $1.00. The "potential" buyer never responded. So, for one more dollar, I guess they weren't that interested. Just a game for them. Very sad.
