I have entirely too many clothes and everyone in my life knows it so sadly I don't think any amount of buttering up will help me land these from anyone other than myself. I want them in another color sooo bad to wear with tights. I don't think I could do them without, they are a bit shorter than I'm comfortable with. I'm still on a mission to find them. If I got them for a deal I would consider dying them myself as crazy as that sounds. Or maybe just rock them as a winter white?

ceagreen @gabriellenwebb trust me I get it. I am the same way. The worst is once I start I can't stop. Like once I make an exception for one thing I am like welllll might as well just get everything I want. My bank account goes from slight damage to utter disaster in a matter of days. I go from cold turkey to complete spendthrift in a matter of clicks...woops! I just have to keep reminding myself that it's important that I save money for experiences not clothes. The problem with that is that I then desire new clothes for those experiences ;) haha I'm a mess

ceagreen @coldfoxgal I don't have the bells - this is my ISO listing :( I would consider dying them so I can transition them into fall/winter to wear with tights. I make clothes and it's not something I'm unfamiliar with doing, I'd just want to assess the fabric first as to not ruin the quality. They are 108 on the website last time I checked.. Not sure what shipping looks like. I had to X out of the website before I got to that point or I would be expecting them in the mail ;)

ceagreen @coldfoxgal ill tag ya if I ever spot one! The biggest thing keeping me from the bells is that they're white and the season's almost over. It sounds silly but the shorts can be paired with tights, ya know? And I know it I will naturally just end up lusting over something new come next spring/summer bc I'm addicted to clothes lol

ceagreen @gabriellenwebb soo the shorts came...I'm in trouble with these ones. They are so much cuter in person 😳 Definitely CHEEKY but sooo cute. I wouldn't wear them without tights unless I were one of those skinny 6ft tall bohemian blog chicks, but they will be nice for lounging around with the boyf. They have a total hot short/high waisted undie vibe so if you don't live in California you may get some strange looks if you wear them around town 😜 Overall I am in love but don't think I would've spent more than I did. I may sell in the future but definitely see myself getting some use out of them first. As for the color it's more of an ivory and with the nude lining underneath I don't know if I could bring myself to dye them...they are just so pretty as is

I always remember, similar moments of my own, that though we all, being human, know when words like that are meant for us, and that pit in the stomach of being silently "caught" is one NOBODY can deny. So, i hope their pit feels as good standing, as will when they sit down, again realizing what it feels like to to be a pos or, a pain in the a$$...either way, the back or bottom usually leave a lasting impression of many kinds. Karma. Comes often for some.....good lu k, im a free people person myself, ill kerp eye out as i fid pick up the dreamweaver bag and put back!

Off spell with the conversion it ends up being 190 something... if I were going to drop that kind if money id spend the extra 20-30 dollars to get the color I really wanted from spell...but if I could find a cheap one on posh or elsewhere I wouldn't be picky lol. I ordered two because I wasn't sure if I wanted small or XS & i was going to just return the one that didn't fit. shandawanda Not sure if you have found the slouch boots, but they are from Free People by Jeffrey Campbell. I think they've been sold out for a year or so, but very worth it if you can find them. They are so cute! My box says the style name is PERALTA-HI. Love your closet by the way.

ceagreen @jdroubli it's all good I ended up getting them in the end! I told myself a few dollars above 200 was my limit and including shipping I payed 160... Not too shabby for almost 700 dollar boots. Now fingers crossed that they fit.. I often size up in boots and measured so I think it will be the right size 😊 Thank you again sooo much for letting me know about these!
