It is truly a work of art and an amazing versatile piece. Fabric is beautiful organza with lace and pearls details and voluminous net underskirt. Measurements with garment laid flat waist 26", hips free, length from waist to hem 42 inches" This skirt could be worn to a formal or black-tie affair and accessorized as shown in photos. Amazing!

I love it - the issues are complex and fascinating - e.g. The Sensor in the XBox One is so sensitive it can measure heart rate - is this health information subject to HIPAA? Are you a lawyer? I was at a very conservative Firm in Texas and was up for partnership- I was asked whether I wanted to be a fashion designer or attorney!
