I would like to let everyone know that Xenakis89 is a fraud!!! I purchased some sandals from her a week ago for $110 via ppl and she never shipped them to me and is now ignoring my emails now and also deleted her posting of the sandals that I bought so people couldn't see my comments. DO NOT do business with her or else you will be scammed! @senai and @woramon are also victims of her devious scams. I'm sure there are many others! Please help and me and other victims by reposting this on ur page.

She was telling me something about that and said the purchaser cancelled because she didn't reply quick enough. She said she replied after 46 min. What BS!!!!

Hopefully, you can at least get your $$$$ back!!!!!Thank you for the warning.. I shared your post. Personally, I am mostly (99.9% )a seller and only use POSHMARK as a method of payment , same as when I make a rare purchase.. Scary the levels some people will stoop to :(

lifeinstiches I want to add sorry but you went off line & used Off posh transaction which is a no no no never against the rules this is part of reason why you get ripped off & nothing can be done & another is you are taking away Posh's $ It is the same as you owning a business & someone walked out without paying. vivharp @ditz408 they have the same 45 day protection plan as eBay. You can absolutely get your money back. You can also open a claim with your bank if its been over 45 days. Ppl is way safer than trading!

vivharp @ditz408 ppl has 45 day protection but you can open a claim with your bank as well up to 3 months (depends on the bank I think but that's standard) if you sent money thru friends and family you should still be able to get it back thru ppl without having to go thru your bank if you have proof that it was meant to be a payment for an item or you could just call them and say it was a mistake or that your account got hacked. Sending thru family and friends puts both the seller and buyer at risk because the buyer could say it was an accident or something and the seller could just not ship but ultimately the buyer always has a leg up because they are the ones that have proof of payment. for example, even if she really did send it to you you could call ppl up and say it was a mistake or something and get your money back and then shes screwed. I'm not saying thats what happened im just saying as a buyer you always have more protection than a seller. You just have to make a phone call to them and if they won't help then your bank absolutely will and you have usually up to 3 months to open a claim with your bank. But in the future always send as payment for goods unless you really trust the person 😘

I really don't care who believes us or her, I'm just trying to look out for other people and warn them but if they want to believe a liar and a scammer, then that's fine with me! If they want to know the truth, they should ask her for the tracking number! And if we were trying to scam her via ppl then why would we go through all this trouble exposing her on pm?? We can easily file a claim with ppl saying we never received the item and get our money back. And if were really scammers we would have paid her as a good/service since that's protected by ppl but we paid via fam/friends!

Why don't u take @iknowclothes advice and find those receipts and tracking numbers because I'd sure like to see them! This entire ordeal has turned into a complete nightmare. Btw, why did you delete the listing of the Tory burch sandals that I purchased from you? Do you have something to hide? It's okay though because I have enough evidence against you anyway. Who is going to believe you when 1) You have given out multiple email addresses and py pl accounts to buyers (stephc765@yahoo.com, m.vlahos@aol.com, s.bates012@yahoo.com, zvlah@aol.com, mjv0323@aol.com) 2) Refused to do transactions with buyers thru PM 3) Use a fake last name, Bates! Don't worry I did my hw on you and I know who you really are, Mary. I only wish I had done my hw on you prior to completing that transaction with u. I know that u do some legit transactions because you can't get away with scamming buyers who are protected by PM or py pl and so that you have some credibility if anything like this were to go down. You only scam people who agree to pay you via fam/friends because u know u can get away with it! I was being nice and did you a favor by accommodating your request to send you the funds via fam/friends so that you wouldn't "get taxed on it since it's a large amount." Well that is a lesson learned for me. You say we are immature but who is the one making fun of who? Saying that these ladies can barely speak English or that they need hooked on phonics...If you really think they are illiterate and incompetent then how in the world would they be able to scam you?
