Cute stretch cotton dress, good condition. Shoulder to hem: 40", Arm length: 10", arm width: 10-12" across, armpit to armpit: 19-25" across, waist: 16-20" across, Hips: 21 - 26" across. Also has pockets at hips (slim design, so they don't really add bulk when empty).

crmnrcks @kjhop also, not sure If you can tell from the pics I added, but it's ruched a little towards the lower back center, and in 2 spots towards the lower waist in the front. The lower front has a ruche wrap

crmnrcks @oneillc aww, thanks! The black DVF is probably the closest dress I have right now for what you described. It's a DVF size 6....so it might still look great on a size 4; given the design/color, there's some versatility with what chest size you would have to be to wear it....
