hollyriles That's AWESOME!! I'm definitely a repeat customer and will continue to be! You do have excellent customer service skills, GREAT products that are all brand new and never been opened, you're very patient with those of us, no names, lol that have trouble making up their mind, you're very honest if you hadn't tried a product, not pushy, and give great goodies with every order! lydia1012 Hi hon, how are you? Have had lots going on since we last spoke. All of our electronics went within 2 weeks, some within 3 days of one another, the last being my printer , then my laptop. Someone hacked me so it was a rough time. Got it back yesterday and have a new printer as well. Thank goodness for Listia. Snapped one up with the credits I earned and didn't have to pay a cent!!! Things with the hubby are okay at the moment. He has decided he is staying and it would have been a huge mistake to leave. Of course that is this week/this month, we will see about next month. I am hoping they get his meds straightened out soon. cant take much more heartbreak. Anyway, I am doing my best. Figured I beat Cancer 4 times since age 25, I can handle this, right? Haven't looked at much on here because of the house situation and money but things should be better there soon too. Miss our talks and please give your daughter a big hug from me! Talk soon and I will send you a note if I need you to hold anything. Big hugs and lots of love to all. :) L

oneinamillionjj @nissy1999 Be VERY careful if You Use the Benefit Powderflage products you just purchased! They are most likely COUNTERFEIT as the seller just sold me 3 FAKE urban decay liners the other day. These fake products can cause serious health issues due to the cheap & horrible ingredients used to make them. Please let me know if you'd like to know more info.

oneinamillionjj @nissy1999 Unfortunately when they first came i didn't look them over very well, i just made sure they were sealed & unused & accepted the pkg, releasing the money to her. A few hrs later when i was looking at them again is when i noticed something looked off, sure enuf, once compared to an authentic one, there were lots of differences. I left a msg on the listing say that the liners were fake & she never replied. I also changed my rating to 1 star & left a comment warning ppl not to buy & she still hasn't responded. I emailed posh, but haven't heard back from them yet, they're gonna tell me too bad cuz i accepted the order I'm sure. Idk for 100% sure that the product ur getting is fake, but i wouldn't doubt it, especially bcuz she has so many of them that she's selling cheap & the product has been discontinued for lk 2yrs. There's a bunch of sellers on here selling the same fake Urban Decay liners in Zero for dirt cheap, so there's gotta be a batch going around OR this chick is all the accts. I contacted some of the girls who got the same liners as I have & 1 of them that used it right when she got it Tues, now has a mild case of pink eye & her eye was super red/bloodshot on Thurs. She hadn't even suspected they were related. I can almost guarantee that was the cause. These counterfeit products come from overseas where there are not FDA regulations that need to be met, so they use anything & everything cheap as ingredients .. Lead, rat poison, even urine has been found when fake perfumes were tested! Ick!! If u wanna know more info on the subject just Google counterfeit makeup, its a HUGE problem right bow, especially in the high end brands lk Mac, Urban Decay, Benefit etc .. Id even gotten what I feel to be fake Peter Thomas Roth products off another website not too long ago! If u want me to help go over ur items & tell u some things to look for when they come i will. Just don't accept them until ur sure u wanna b using them on ur face :(

oneinamillionjj @nissy1999 You will need to contact them right away once they're delivered if you think they're fake. They will have u send them pics & info supporting why u think they're counterfeit. But yes, assuming they side with you, you'll get your money back once you send her the items back. If you're not sure exactly what to be looking for, you can google counterfeit makeup & find tips on what to look for. Often times its very hard to spot a fake these days, you almost need an authentic one next to it. Since its Benefit, I would look at the enclosed pamphlet (if it has one) that explains the product & tips for use. There's usually spelling errors on the fakes, even look closely at every word on the bottle/box or whatever. Another thing I'd do is smell it. Decide if you think it smells lk powdered makeup usually does, or like chemicals. I believe it comes with a brush, is it of high quality? Everything should be absolutely perfect. No uneven folds on the box, crooked writing etc. High end companies do not let their factory mistakes out to be sold, they're usually destroyed. And finally the serial/batch #. Benefits are usually short, lk 3 or 4 numbers. It should be on the product & the box & they should match. Lmk if u need anything else. Good luck!
