I'm SO sorry I wasn't able to attend the entire party....my father is still in ICU and they weren't able to wean him from the ventilator or sedation yesterday (or today) so we'll hope for tomorrow!! I swear these have been the longest 2+ weeks of my life and I just want to see my Dad's eyes open and hear his voice again!!! Thank You SO much for the HP's....I'll write formal Thank You under the listings later!! You had some amazing items and you did a PHENOMENAL job coHosting!! Hope you have an evening you won't soon forget!!! 💖😘

juliecruz777 @lwschlprncss omg, I didn't know about your dad. My prayers are for you, your dad and family. I know how hard it is,,my dad was also on the ventilator in a coma for about a month and they gave us no hope and they suggested we let him go. That was the hsrdest thing to hear. I refused. I had him transferred to Northwestern and within two days, he was awake abd talking. I pray that your dad recovers. You have to be strong and don't lose faith. If you need anything let me know 💖

lwschlprncss @caribbeanstar Hi Marsha! Sorry for the delayed response, but it seems my newsfeed is going crazy again today and comments are getting lost in it once more. The first thing you should do is notify your buyers so that they're aware the delay is due to technical issues and will not use it as a means to give you a reduced rating once they do receive the item they've purchased from you!! Secondly, when you're emailing support are you doing it through the sold listing itself or are you emailing them through your email account? You may want to try through both avenues so that they see for themselves that your email address is truly active and valid. I would make sure you reference each order number specifically when you do try through your email acct.

I was interrupted during my last message before u had a chance to finish....the other thing I would do is go into your closet and double check your "Notifications".....if you check each box so that you receive notifications for every thing that occurs related to your closet/feed in Posh and still aren't getting any notifications, you'll know it's definitely a disconnect somewhere between your email acct and Posh; however, if you get any other notifications, you'll know it has to be an error on Posh's side for certain!!! lwschlprncss @caribbeanstar Hi Marsha!!! You should receive a confirmation email from Posh Support once they've received and cycled your email......unfortunately it does take 48-72 hours, but hopefully that'll soon change!!! Hoping it gets resolved for you faster than that!!!💖😘

lwschlprncss @caribbeanstar Hi Marsha!! I have a feeling the error must be in their system somehow! If you've corrected your profile and account info, you shouldn't be having these issues! This is what bugs me about not having any way to communicate directly (ie an 800 number for Support only)!! You need to let your Buyers know that the delay is solely due to Posh and not yourself!! If you haven't heard from Support by 10am-2pmPST tomorrow, I would send an email stating the issue impeding the delivery of your items!!

lwschlprncss @caribbeanstar Marsha: please don't give up yet: Posh is actually the best resale site I have found and I completely understand you frustration and where it stems from!! Please send a copy of the emails you have sent directly to our wonderful Posh creator, Manish!! His email is Manish@poshmark.com and I would also cc: Lyann@Poshmark.com. Please, before you throw in the towel, reach out to one of them and explain the problem you're having!! I know they'll get it resolved for you ASAP and like me, would hate to see you go over s technical issue that is easily fixable!! Good luck and I can't wait to hear you're back in business!!!💖😘

I was a dedicated Buyer for months before I was strongly encouraged to start Selling, as well. As I tell all the newbies, you will soon find that Poshmark is MUCH MUCH MORE than just a resale app: it is a community of members who encourage and support and selflessly mentor others to be as successful as possible!! I have no "connection" to Poshmark outside of being a loyal member who has co-Hosted a party and is a member of the Suggested User program, as well as a member who constantly cheers and shares and encourages other members to not only be compliant, but strive for success beyond what they hope for! I'm looking forward to hearing you're back on track and your sales are shipped!!💖😘
