5/48 Watercolor Art Midi Skirt NWT

This pretty midi skirt by 5/48 looks like a watercolor painting! In rich colors including a variety of blues, maroon, peach, white and black, this is a showstopper! The skirt features a fixed waistband and a gathered skirt. Fully lined (only the bottom 1.25" is sheer), the skirt has two layers of lining: a traditional layer close to the body and one on top that has a lower portion similar to tulle in its effect, but is a softer version, adding eleven inches of dimension to the lower part of the skirt. There's a 7-inch back zipper with hook and eye closure. Wear it to a museum, and spectators won't know if they should look at you or at the paintings on the wall!
