allthingskate @elleemann I was introduced to the Mynt 8 Week Core Challenge which is a healthy eating plan coupled with protein shakes and exercise! It helped jump start my weight loss journey! I was introduced to it by my friend and Zumba instructor. I highly recommend it! I'm about 5'8" so a little bit taller!!

heydolly83 First of all, you look amazing. Congrats on all that you've done as I know it's not easy! I stumbled on this when I saw you were hosting and have looked at this post a couple of times since. I've been having trouble finding motivation to lose the extra weight I've gained from some medical problems over the past couple of years, but am super unhappy with where I'm at now and know I need to make some changes. I looked up the Mynt Core program and am intrigued...question, do you think it would work for a vegetarian?

sherdevl Could the program you did be effective for a "slightly older" women. I am 44 and have gained about 50-60 pounds since hittimg 40. I was always skinny before 40 and have no idea how to go about getting the weight off. I know I need to though because I lost my mom to a heart attack and can feel the strain on my health from the added weight. Sorry didnt mean to go into all that. Anyway could it be beneficial to someone my age?

A battle ive dealt with my whole life, and yet even at my thinnest, I was still an overweight prisoner to my own eyesight. The best thing you can do is lose it healthy, take care of your body inside and out. Be proud of yourself, and don't let anything discourage you.

I told her that there was not a chance in hell it would work and I made a deal with her that I would follow the plan entirely and put my best effort into it. marchelpj I noticed you modeling all your own clothes and wanted to compliment you for doing so at any weight. Putting the effort in to look good no matter your weight shows self respect and self love and it shows through in your pics. I've been on a mini weight loss journey myself (40 lbs in about 1 year), which is a lot of why I'm on this site selling my bigger clothes and buying smaller ones. I loved myself before the weight loss, but I am ENJOYING having all that extra off me.
