Lovely Italian antique cloche from the late teens to early twenties. Felted with ribbon embellishment. Perfect for small heads. Signs of age: discoloration at inside label, separated stitching at inside band, a few loose stitches inside - see photos. Outside is in great condition. To have it repaired ruins the antique value, so I'm leaving that decision to the new owner. Made in Italy, sold at Sally in Bethany, NY. Note the four digit phone number. A piece of fashion history that doesn't fit me
