fancypantsmcgee @valerie_e Here's a technical definition: "To determine which people qualify for special assistance because of their visual disabilities, various governments have specific definitions for legal blindness." It can be defined as visual acuity of 20/200 or less in the better eye with best correction possible OR a visual field of less than 20 degrees (the norm being 180 degrees). My visual field is about 15 degrees, which means I have what people would call "tunnel vision." I also have very little depth perception and night blindness, etc. It just means I'm limited in some things: I can't drive a car, can't really go out at night by myself, I have a hard time performing certain tasks, etc.

fancypantsmcgee @julia_rose Hello!! I use Moldiv for collages, Rhonna Designs for adding text, and Camera Plus for photo editing. I'd highly recommend Camera Plus. I think it was the first app I ever downloaded, WAY before Posh even existed. I've always found it to be the best. All my photos are taken with my iPhone 5S. Hope this helps!

julia_rose Yes it does your awesome 💋💋💋💋 i use Rhonna Designs Daily but I've never used camera plus so I'm excited to try it my current phone is a 5s also but it had a cup of coffee last week so it's on its last leg & I don't have $300 for the 6 quite yet or $200 for a refurbished phone which is bs 💩 I used to work as a business rep for verizon & we have equipment away especially to customers who have multiple lines & high bills we have 6 lines ughhh 😁😳 how is the Pacific Northwest treating you? onthemovecc That's how I felt this morning! I was totally lost! It is like an instinct now to check my Poshmark notifications!!! I went and bought a new phone today. I had the IPhone 5c and now I have the Galaxy Note 4 HUGE change! Plus this phone doesn't have some of the apps that I felt were crucial to my poshing!! I was like OH NO! Plus I'm just so used to the iPhone setup that this new phone is insane!

fancypantsmcgee @hretene Hi Hayley! Sorry for the delayed response. I attribute my covershots to good natural lighting. I take my pics in front of some big windows in my apartment that let in a lot of light. My go-to app for editing photos is called Camera Plus. I don't always have to edit my photos, but when I do, I use that app. It's great for adjusting things like exposure, brightness/contrast, etc. Hope this helps!

franonymous @fancypantsmcgee It was like 2-2.5 yrs ago, sometime when I first started Posh and if I am remembering correctly Michelle was the one who shared it - it was hilarious. There was one pic of a paper bag that had quilting written on it with magic marker and there was a whole discussion about its authenticity. I think it is probably long gone and I am probably the only crazy person who remembers it. Lol!

I've been poshing for a while now, met some great people and sold plenty of items with all 5 star ratings and great reviews... I just sold a beautiful Rebecca Taylor dress for an unbelievable price and I just got an email saying the buyer reported the item....Feeling nervous and I know youre an experienced posher and wasnt sure if you could help me out?

I have had one case in review before, but it was because the package got damaged in shipment, so not quite the same scenario. Has the buyer reached out to you at all? If not, I would suggest just waiting to hear from Poshmark. If they need information or photos from you, they will ask. Gather any photos you have of the item that aren't in the listing in case they need to see them.

fancypantsmcgee @cconlon1206 Sometimes it takes a few days to hear anything, just try not to worry in the meantime. And if for some reason they rule in the buyer's favor, don't hesitate to ask why or to contest the decision if you feel it isn't right. You don't have to accept their conclusion if you feel it is unfair. @cjtang Read the two comments above, do you maybe have any advice for @cconlon1206?

cconlon1206 @fancypantsmcgee -- thanks! Ok. I just know I inspect every item before it gets sent out and that dress was in MINT condition. Worn once for a couple hours then dry cleaned then it's been hanging in my closet for a long time...no reason why the buyer reported it in my opinion.

I previously had someone report a wallet I sold that was NWT and I knew was in excellent unused mint condition, and someone reported it as not as described. I think Posh asked for proof from buyer and ultinately Posh sided with me. It sounded like it was a case of buyer's remorse--but if that's the case, thats what Posh is for just relist it!😉 Good luck. It can take a few days but hopefully Posh will resolve it! ✌😘

jdeguzman9 Oooh very cool! Well you're doing an awesome job! Keep at it and I'm sure something great will come out of all the hard work you're putting in. Have you heard of Keaton row? I heard about it awhile ago where it allows people to be kind of like personal stylists/shoppers. You create look books for clients and they shop through there and then you get commission from anything they purchase :) I haven't tried it yet or had any experience yet! But maybe it's something you could research!

Share your own closet a lot but also make sure to share others' closets too (most people will share back and this is a great way to meet other Poshers and build relationships). Share your items to the daily Posh parties, especially the one in the evening. Make your closet visually appealing with clear photos (yours already look great!) and be sure to include as much description as possible. I'm always around if you have any questions. :)

Sorry for the delayed response, I was out of town getting married! :) To answer your question, the short version is that I was diagnosed with a neurological condition that caused damage to my optic nerves and disks, resulting in blindness. Some of my vision was restored through surgery, but I now have very limited peripheral vision, little depth perception, and impaired central vision.

It's hard for me but It's harder for you, but look at you, you are awesome with what you've become. I love photography too! I'm just hoping I don't look "trying hard" on my cover shots. LOL. fancypantsmcgee @user8754848 Hi! I did check out the wholesale portal. For me, none of the initial offerings jumped out at me as exceptional and I felt like the pricing on most items didn't leave a lot of room for profit. I am assuming they'll gradually add more brands, so I'll be keeping an eye on it. And as with anything, I think it will take a little time to work out some of the kinks, but I'm interested to see how it progresses. :) What do you think so far?

fancypantsmcgee @user8754848 Let me know how it works out for you! I was surprised too that they were selling out so fast. T&J Designs is nearly sold out every time I check back. It is definitely the most affordable of the brands available and the merchandise is most appealing to a wide variety of people. I think it was a good idea to just buy one to test it out. I don't think you will have a problem, especially because your photographs are excellent and that always helps to sell merchandise. :)

I'm gad that my closet speaks to you. :) I love taking photos and I love visual display so I spend lots of time styling my items, it's so much fun! I use a lighting kit or great natural light during the day and that helps a ton with creating clear, bright shots.

Share your items to the daily Posh parties, especially the evening one which has the most activity. Share and follow other closets. Take clear, visually appealing photos (so far so good!). Add as many details as you can to your listings (measurements, fabric, flaws, etc).
