danystormborn @grinski so sorry, I wasn't getting notifications yesterday!!! Fabric content is 100% polyester. Size says XL 15-17 These are SUPER stretchy. I had no way of taking a round measurement, so I had to measure straight across only the front, but here are the measurements I got from just one side

danystormborn @grinski Waist (unstretched) approximately 17 inches Waist can fully stretch up to about 22 and a half inches Hips are very loose and not meant to hug tightly, but unstretched laying flat they are approximately 20 inches Fully stretched about 25-26 inches. Hope this helps!
