@jaimehuth this is at my mother's house with her so I wouldn't be able to get the measurements to you until later. if you are an xs it should fit. the material is like a silky material, I don't think there is a lot of stretch to this dress.

I just purchased a bunch of bebe dresses and should receive them in a day or two. I'll see how they fit me and let you know. They just all have stretch to them, so I wasn't quite as worried. I'll at least have an idea if I'm an XS though.
