Purchased a dress and when it was not timely sent, I asked the seller to cancel the order. She did not and then proceeded to mail it the day I could cancel thro Posh.

idacole333 Wow! So I see this person has a history of "shipping issues" once an item has been purchased. PM really should revise their refund policy. The current policy makes it too easy for "scammers" to take advantage of legitimate buyers. I've only been a member of PM for 2 weeks & already I've been scammed! And PM has made it so difficult to receive a refund that I'm almost to a point where I'm about to say "forget it!". 😐 Very sad. Thank you for the warning!👍

smileytracybee @idacole333 There are a lot of good ppl on here. But there are always a few bad apples in every bunch. We just need to read the cmmts on the "sold" items before buying from a new person.

smileytracybee @tykeisha17 Posh said they would not refund my money and would not pay for return shipping. They advised me to resell it or give it away. I still have it.. unopened and it's thrown in the back of my closet. I'm sorry this happened to you too. That's why I but this post up - to warn people to read the cmmts on the sellers "sold" items.

smileytracybee @tykeisha17 Yes she got mine. She mailed it on the 7th day (when I could have cancelled it). I asked her to cancel it before and she said she had mailed it already (not according to the tracking). I emailed Posh to cancel the order for me when she wouldn't but they said she was still within the time limit to ship. When I received it - I disputed it and lost.

I was going to reach out to people who I noticed have bought from her....I saw people have been commenting on the item they bought asking when it would be shipped... I contacted posh yesterday, hope they resolve this issue. Thank you for tagging me! I want to cancel my order because it's been 5 days since I've ordered a shirt from her and it says "in process" still.... Oh boy. Dishonest people make me so mad

roxysaechao I wish I saw this earlier. She made an excuse saying her son fell off the bunk bed. For that reason she couldn't reply to my questions regarding delivery but she could reply to other purchasers.

idacole333 Yea, there are scammers on here all day long! I recently made a purchase with for a purse & the buyer said she would ship soon & I never heard from her again. I wound up canceling my order, never to hear from the seller again. I really don't understand, all it takes is a minute to communicate the problem. I'm very understanding, just communicate with me & don't try to scam me!

bloom74 @smileytracybee What Ive experienced here was a buyer file a complaint againts me because she thought my coach bag was fake. As selling coach bag for a long time I fought myself to the top of my lung because I knew that my bag wasn't a fake as what she claimed...Ive been scammed too...

yoga4joy @idacole333 so sad to hear💔 I’ve been here more than 4 years with hundreds of purchases And 400+ sales and never had such an issue as long as I kept it in the app, I do have hackers reach out to me offering their email daily lately, I block them immediately! I highly recommend looking at someone’s ratings before buying from them and if for some reason the item isn’t accurately described posh will give a refund!

yoga4joy Continued... I’ve had claims opened on me before and as a seller it’s up to me to accept if I choose, but if I accidentally misrepresent it gets approved and I get the item back, this has only happened once. In my experience posh is very fair all around to both buyers and sellers, I’ve been on the receiving end of a fake and posh refunded me once I returned it. I hope you are having a better experience now, light and love 💞Joy
