jdeguzman9 @ecostello hi! So it's shown in the last photo. The shoes are in perfect condition other than the inside part of the heel which can't be seen when worn. It really just needs to probably be glued down, so that it doesn't open up. Sorry it's really hard to describe, hope that helps!
