aistevens @bcouturelove - hi! I believe the waist is a 28 but not sure about the length. I am 5'4 and I wore heels with them. I will double check this evening.

aistevens @bcouturelove - sorry about that. Straight across the waist it measures at 15 1/8 and the inseam measures at 31.
