@toriquinn Tori, I'm so sorry it took a while for a response...I have been looking for my tape-measure...I must lose 3 or 4 a week:) These have an elastic banded waist which offers plenty of stretch. Laying flat, measuring straight across the waist is approx 14 inches. My weight fluctuates so much & these have fit me when I was a size 2 up to an 8/10.
