jacobs3 @jessica2_lynne1 Hi there Jessica, Do you recall the designer tag, who was on it, like, Umgee, Wet Seal, etc. usually these shorts run Very small. I just listed 5 or 6 pair I had ordered between an XL and a 3 XL Ha Ha...and the largest out of all of them, might fit a small or medium. Between my daughter and I I bet we have 15 pair that two or three fit. I find the only chance you stand is a U.S. Brand. 😊😎😀

jessica2_lynne1 @jacobs3 hi yes the brand is called universal fashion. I buy from actual wholesale vendors, where you have to have a sellers license, so I don't normally deal with the China stuff you're taking about, but I was curious on these also. I've never purchased stuff where they ran that small. I can get the name of the actual vendor for you I just don't know off of the top of my head, ill have to look through my records, which is no big deal!

jessica2_lynne1 @jacobs3 I really do feel so badly about that. To be honest, I have a lot going on with this move. Normally I'm always on top of letting people know how sizes run etc without them even asking. But everything is so chaotic I'm just kind of going through the motions, but in fast forward type of speed. 🙁 if you ever purchase from me again, I would love to make it up to you. So if you ever do please remind me of the shorts so I can do something.

jessica2_lynne1 @keechon hi! Waist on the medium lying flat, before stretch is 12.5" a lot of give,lightly stretched easily goes to 14". Hips 13.5", inseam is about 5.5" large measurements go up a half size

keechon @jessica2_lynne1 Thanks! I'm not sure what "go up a half size" means in inches, but I am interested in the waist, hips, and rise of the large. Sounds like those might fit better, but would like to know measurements. I'm sorry for my inability to extrapolate the measurements from your information!
