dcnativegirl @619peace thanks for your Patience. There is some piling at the bottom back of the blouse as it doesn't get tucked in and I've sat on it while wearing. Hence the low price. The ruffles are the same fabric but sort of 3D, meaning attached, sewn onto the front base, if that makes sense. It's not bulky with layers though.
