racandra @jtwomey1 omy😔😔 you do sound super healthy-- but sometimes even that won't do it!! This summer has been crazy for many ppl, i dealt with allergies myself😏 Def stay hydrated, take a good dose of vitamin C daily, and rest ! That will get ur immune system revitalized quickly! 😘💖
