Neon orange short sleeved top from H&M in a flower-patterned lace. Size small, but could definitely fit a medium as well. Super cute, can be worn over a tank as a top, or maybe as a swim suit coverup as well. Great condition. Price firm, as I'm not sure I want to sell yet.
