NWOT H&M Ruffle Dress, SZ M. I liked this so much I bought this in two colors. I only wore one. Trying to make space in the closet. It's nice because you can tie the straps at any length, so it can be worn a little sexy on the bust line or to layer something underneath. This is a really cute dress for dance class or a casual weekend. So comfy!!
