kkopach I saw your comments about fake Pandora charms on some posts that I was looking at. I just wanted to thank you for pointing that out! It's so frustrating to see people say that the charms they have are authentic when those of us who actually pay attention know that they aren't. So thank you again!

kdfreder No problem; glad to know it's appreciated! No one wants to get ripped off, & I've been learning that most online sites are usually selling fake Pandora. One set of charms on here that were clearly not Pandora were advertised at $60 by the seller. If I didn't know any better, I'd have paid that, only to be disappointed and frustrated. So, do unto others..

kdfreder @sharonpirro Hi, it was mailed out but may not have been scanned today as the post office closes at noon, and is closed tomorrow. If it doesn’t scan tonight they will scan it by Monday and you should get it in the next day or so after that.

kdfreder @sharonpirro It’s ok. I couldn’t ship last night when you ordered because it was after the post office already closed in the evening. And with today being Saturday, the post office closes at noon. It just depends on what time and where you are ordering from, and each sellers’ location and availability. Thanks for understanding. kdfreder @sharonpirro Hi Sharon. I’m sorry you have not received your package. If you look at the tracking from the post office, it shows your package left North Houston back on Monday, the 28th and has been in transit since then, with a comment from them stating it will arrive later than expected. I’m not sure what their issue is, but you should be able to see the same comments that I have, and you can call the post office if you wish to see if they have any more info. on what is causing their delay.

kdfreder @sharonpirro Same problem for me. I cannot get responses and the post office closed the case without resolving and I was told to call Consumer Affairs for help which I have done numerous times all week with no ability to get a real person. I have left messages, filed reports, gone back in person, and been given the runaround. In order to file a case with Poshmark I have to wait 10 days from the last tracking status which is tomorrow. I am going to try that.

I have tried to contact them! I’ve lost patience with this FIASCO. How did you send it?I have received so many packages, spent way over a $1,000 They are to blame! Getting it to the post office the same or next day is important. It seems, or so it says, that it got to the post office somewhere in Texas, and never left.

kdfreder @sharonpirro I sent the pkg like I always do in person at my local post office priority mail; made sure I got a tracking receipt. I shipped quickly in person like I always do. I’ve never had a package late or lost. This is the first time this has ever happened. N. Houston is just on the other side of town from me. I looked up reviews and info on that distribution center and apparently this is an ongoing issue with that location. People seem to have pkgs lost there all the time with no help. Ugh.

sharonpirro @kdfreder Is it Poshmark that controls it? Is it U.S. Federal Post distribution center or owned by Poshmark? It’s just ridiculous though, that Poshmark Customer Service is so inaccessible! These things should be resolved immediately! That is why Amazon is so successful. It’s all so easy! They are very Customer Service oriented. Returns are so easy too!This is so difficult! What’s going on with “my case”? Can you contact them directly?

kdfreder @sharonpirro Poshmark doesn’t control the Post Office case. I had to file that first which got shut down with no help as I mentioned. I couldn’t file a Poshmark case until 10 days after no change in tracking from the post office, which is what I’m doing tomorrow, as I told you. But they have no way to speak to a person either; I have to send it online. Also, by the way, I sent 2 other pkgs the same day as yours and they made it just fine. None of this makes sense.

It’s a shame, there are many bargains to be had, nice people and then there are things like this happening. Well, thank you for all you are doing. I just have no patience for things like this. It’s just awful, that they don’t take responsibility for these kinds of things, no matter who’s fault it is. 🤷🏻‍♀️
