Can I ask what size you wear in jeans? I'm usually a 0 in urban or a 2 if they run small. I'm a 24-25 in jeans and cent tall if these would be too big. Are they loose at all?

It's really hard to see the lace. Black is so hard to photograph I can see the lace at the bottom but how is all over the shorts? layers or?
