lil_red_ink @doomhexe i stink at measuring. The waist is elastic so it gives a bunch. I'm measuring 24", the bust 31" \ 32. I was a size 6 when it fit really nice, 36 c. I guarantee all of my items, if you purchase and do not like or doesn't fit, I'll refund you 100% when sent back.
